Fibronectin is a multi-domain glycoprotein composed of an array of multiple repeated modular structures. Cellular fibronectin, an adhesin glycoprotein of the extracellular matrix, exists as a dimer with a molecular mass of ~550 kDa.
ScienCell's Human Cellular Fibronectin is produced from human fibroblasts maintained in serum-free media and then purified biochemically.

This medium is intended to be used as a supplemental growth medium for cardiomyocytes that were differentiated using the Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit.
Human Neural Stem Cells are differentiated from a human induced pluripotent stem cell line (hiPSC), which is generated using mRNA reprogramming technology from Human Dermal Fibroblasts (HDF)
