Subtelomere FISH Probes
The regions adjacent to telomeres are gene rich so rearrangements involving telomere adjacent DNA are more likely to have phenotypic consequences than rearrangements in many other parts of the genome. This is an area of the chromosome well worth investigating.

Chromosome FISH Probes
